London Concertante perform Bond by Candlelight
London Concertante, one of the nation’s top chamber ensembles, is delighted to announce a special candlelit performance featuring the timeless music of the James Bond films. Taking place on 13th March 2025 in Exeter Cathedral, Bond by Candlelight promises a stirring tribute to 007’s most renowned theme songs and scores.
The orchestra will be joined by stars of the vocal world performing a smash-hit show performing iconic Bond themes, from “Diamonds Are Forever” and “Skyfall” to “No Time to Die” and “From Russia with Love”, alongside many more timeless classics.
This is all performed under the shimmer of candlelight creating a spectacular tribute to the world's most famous spy.

Freddie Benedict – As well as being an accomplished jazz singer and trumpeter, Freddie is the godson of a certain Bond legend, Pierce Brosnan. Freddie has performed across the UK and internationally. He is a versatile singer equally at home in classical, jazz and contemporary styles, and has performed at landmark venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and Ronnie Scott’s.

Amy Webber – A versatile singer celebrated for her energy and charisma, Amy’s musical journey began with a degree in Vocal and Opera Studies at the Royal Northern College of Music. She has graced stages ranging from the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra to Tête à Tête Opera Festival, and even turned her talents to pop and jazz with her band KAZE and her solo project Eimie. Amy is also an award-winning stand-up comedian, with shows performed at London's Comedy Store and BBC Radio 4.

Georgia van Etten – Originally hailing from Australia, Georgia has toured internationally, captivating crowds at events such as Montreux Jazz Festival and Porretta Soul Festival. With a debut EP praised by Jamie Cullum on BBC Radio 2 and a debut album ‘Deep Black Water’ sparking global attention, Georgia’s soulful melodies and earnest songwriting will add a spellbinding layer of depth to the Bond repertoire.
