A Hidden Slice of Greece!

Opa Restaurant in South Street is just an amazing venue.   

Having lived in Naxos in the Cyclades in the past I wanted to have my 65th birthday party somewhere that reminded me of beautiful Greece. 

This is the place! 

The evening was absolutely amazing and the 25 family and friends who were with me thoroughly loved it and plan to go back. 

The Meze for £20 per person was such amazing value for money as there was just so much food nobody could finish it (they happily give you a box to take some home). 

The vast array of starters were so tasty and then the mountain of chicken, pork and lamb from the grill accompanied by a mountain of lovely chips was gorgeous and all really well cooked. 

They then clear the tables and we had Greek dancing which was such fun and for an extra £1.50 each we had a plate smashing extravaganza! 

If you are Greek or Mediterranean, or just want to relive a holiday memory, I can't recommend it enough. 

Brilliant night and staff are lovely and so attentive.
