Fancy a rave... first thing in the morning?!
Ever felt like you'd like to go dancing but don't have the energy to stay up until midnight for the privilege?
Now you don't have to. A new initiative from EDP Drug & Alcohol Services, Active Devon and Exeter Phoenix is bringing dancing to the morning.
Inspired by the Morning Gloryville rave events in London they are bringing Exeter its very own 'Morning SoberRave'. It's a chance to get active through dancing at a welcoming and fun event before heading off to the rest of your day.
The free event will take place on Friday 22nd September between 8am and 9am at Exeter Phoenix. Music will be provided by DJ's taking part in EDP Drug & Alcohol Services Recovery Sound System project which aims to connect people through music.
The event is for the whole community and all ages. For more information go to www.edp.org.uk/morningsoberrave
