A major new visitor attraction is planning to begin the job of recruiting its staff at a special recruitment open day being held in Seaton on Saturday 5th December.

The final phases of work are currently being made at the Seaton Jurassic visitor centre before its opening in spring 2016. The new visitor attraction, which is on Seaton’s Underfleet, will include both indoor and outdoor interpretation spaces as well as a café and retail area.

In preparation for its grand opening Seaton Jurassic is now looking to recruit a range of posts in roles as varied as volunteer coordination, administration, support services and catering.

On Saturday the 5th of December Seaton Jurassic will be holding a recruitment day in Seaton Town Hall from 1pm till 4pm. The event is open to anyone interested in becoming part of the Seaton Jurassic team. People can just turn up, discover more about the job opportunities on offer and meet Seaton Jurassic’s manager, Mike Ruiter.

Mike Ruiter said: “Getting involved with a brand new project is one of the most exciting job opportunities, as people will have a chance to shape it from the beginning.”

Mike added: “Our recruitment day will be a fantastic way for us to see lots of people who are interested in working at Seaton Jurassic. I’m looking forward to meeting my future team!”
