The talk is about Buddhism & Meditation and is presented by an experienced Diamond Way Buddhist teacher Lena Leonteva.

Lena was born in Ukraine in 1965. She took refuge with Lama Ole Nydahl in 1992 and six years later, at Lama Ole's request, started teaching about Buddhism. Lena has lived in the Moscow Buddhist centre since 1998 and has worked as a translater, editor and currently is the Deputy director at Orietalia Publishers. Lena completed a Phd in Buddhist History in 2011 with a thesis about the works of the Karma Kagyu lineage holder "Marpa".

There will be Q&A after the talk and then a short meditation for those who wish to participate. Entry is on the door and is £6 or £4 concession. The talk starts at 17:30 and will be held in the Top Studio of the Exeter Phoenix.

Our talks and lectures require no knowledge or previous experience of Buddhism and all are welcome to attend.
