The annual Exeter City FC Santa Dash will be taking place ahead of the Carlisle match on 13 December 2014.
As usual, the dashers will be setting off from the Guildhall at 1.15pm, with the Deputy Lord Mayor seeing everyone on their way.
The one-mile route will be the same as in previous years and there will be medals and certificates for the adults and children who arrive at St James Park first!

Celebrity Chef Michael Caines and other trustees of the Exeter Foundation have proudly handed over the keys to a new van to WESC Foundation – the Specialist Centre for Visual Impairment located on Topsham road in Exeter but covering the West of England.

A group of intrepid Devonians are about to embark on a journey of a lifetime in the Hospiscare Sahara Trek 2014.
Twenty two walkers will be leaving Exeter at midnight on November 5 heading for a London flight to Marrakech. Devon’s medical courier service, Devon Freewheelers, is on the lookout for new riders in all parts of the county.
The charity provides a free out-of-hours service to the NHS delivering blood, tissue samples, breast milk and other medical supplies to hospitals across Devon. Many lives have been saved through swift delivery of critical items.
All riders are volunteers who give up their own time to help keep the service running. They use the charity’s own liveried motorbikes to ensure deliveries are made as quickly as possible.
A wishing well has been hand crafted and donated by local contractor, Build Care Plus Limited to Princesshay’s charity of the year Dream-A-Way.
The wishing well is located in the centre of the main thoroughfare in Princesshay and has proved a big hit with shoppers of all ages.
