After raising £3,000 for Devon Air Ambulance (DAA) over the past 12 months, RGB Building Supplies is delighted to continue its support for the charity for a further year.

The money was raised through charity breakfast mornings held in RGB’s branches, the builders merchant’s annual golf day, and staff members taking on individual challenges. This included employee Richard Betts who, although being a staunch Tottenham Hotspur fan, agreed to wear an Arsenal football shirt if £100 was raised in a day - £221.90 was donated.

The company also supported the charity’s shops by...

As an Air Ambulance charity whose mission is to relieve sickness and injury in and around the county of Devon, you wouldn’t have thought that Devon Air Ambulance would have much cause to deal with a company specialising in theatrical special effects. But that is exactly what happened just a few weeks ago when they were approached by Luminous Show Technology based in Devon.

Luminous had found a way to completely diversify from their usual business and realised that some of the ingredients they used on a day to day basis would enable them to join the challenge in supplying the...

Devon Air Ambulance will temporarily be responding to patients solely by critical care car but its critical care paramedics will still be able to respond to patients with their specialist skills and equipment. They also cannot maintain a 2 metre distance...
