Exeter Axhayes Cats Protection Adoption Centre are looking for cat-loving runners to run the London Marathon next April.
Whether you're a seasoned marathon runner or you're thinking about entering your first race, this is an ideal opportunity to get involved and raise some much-needed funds for cats!
The minimum sponsorship is £1,500.

The organisers are looking for beauticians, nail technicians, beauty therapists etc who would be willing to help the cats and kittens in their care by donating small quick treatments.

At Axhayes Adoption Centre they have around 130 cats in care at the moment and more waiting to come in.
They need more cat-loving people who could offer them a home.
The centre is situated at Cats Protection, Little Hill Cottage, Clyst Honiton, Exete EX5 2HS and is open between 11am and 3pm every day bar Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day, so why not come and meet the lovely cats today!

On Friday 18th April 2014 Exeter Axhayes Adoption Centre will be holding their annual re-homing/open day which they are calling their “Easter Eggstravaganza”.
The centre will be open from 11am till 4pm and it is guaranteed to be a family fun packed day as well as hoping to re-home many of the cats in their care.
Entrance is free with a donation of cat food, and there will be lots to do, including an Easter egg hunt (a charge of £1 per child), children’s entertainment, craft stall, cake decoration, refreshments and a BBQ, birds of prey static display, dog agility course plus...

The will be lots to do, including an Easter Egg hunt , bouncy castle, face painting, caft activities, children's entertainment, fun dog agility show, static bird of prey display, BBQ, cream teas, refreshments, raffle, tombola, competitions and much more. Keats was originally brought to us last October. He has lived outside all his life and was being fed by an elderly lady. As he as aged and his eyesight decreased, he has increasingly pushed to come inside and enjoy some home comforts. Unfortunately the lady could not allow this, so Keats has found himself here. Due to his age he has limited eye sight, but otherwise he is in good health.
Keats is extremely nervous, so we managed to get him in a foster home until last week. This has helped him...
