Buster is a very sweet young lady who is looking for a quiet home where she can gain confidence and be encouraged to develop her full potential. She is still a little hesitant around people but we are sure she will be just fine if you are willing to be patient until she gets to know you. You will need a home with a safe garden away from busy roads and traffic as she has never been outside. Could you be the one to give her the chance of a new life?
Before coming to our centre, poor Brian was living as a stray in the city.
When he arrived at Axhayes he was in a poor state. His once long fluffy ginger and white hair was really badly matted and scabby. It must have been very uncomfortable, maybe even painful for him. Even though his fur would have been causing him much discomfort, he has been an absolute delight! He’s been very friendly and affectionate with our girls. He was just grateful for a warm bed away from the cold winter weather, some food and of course cuddles from our CCAs.

In December the Exeter Axhayes Adoption Centre ran their first Santa Paws Appeal. The idea was a simple one. People were asked to fill a box with cat toys, treats, food etc and donate it to the cats and kittens in their care.
Many local businesses supported the appeal. Badger Design Ltd designed and provided the posters. Co-Op stores at Sidwell Street, Cowick Street, Heavitree and Broadclyst acted as drop off points as did Lush Cosmetics on the High Street, Pets at Home Alphington and St Davids Veterinary Hospital.
From everyone at Exeter Axhayes, they would like to thank...
Hi, I am Jax and I am asking for your help and support. Sadly there are many of my friends who will be spending Christmas at the Exeter Axhayes Cats Protection Adoption Centre.
So I am asking the good people of Exeter and Devon to make this Christmas special for the cats and kittens in the care of the centre by filling a box with cat treats, toys, cat food, soft blankets and whatever else you think my little furry friends would like. But please remember that cats and kittens can choke on small things.
And we would love to receive a Christmas card and a note from the sender...
