Rathbones Group increases support for Exeter Cathedral

Rathbones Group is pleased to announce that it has extended its partnership with Exeter Cathedral for 2024.

This is the seventh year that Rathbones has sponsored the Cathedral and its new commitment includes supporting two new major events at the Cathedral grounds, as well as the annual Christmas carol concerts.

Good going pays dividends at Bicton International horse Trials

David Doel headed the Rathbones CIC2* at Bicton Arena International horse Trials riding Gillian Jonas’ Shannondale Quest adding four showjumping penalties to his dressage score of 43.4.

More than 700 horse and rider combinations competed over the course of the three day competition where organisers’ hard work to produce good safe ground in light of the dry spell earned plenty of plaudits.

The Rathbones Spring Concert Series returns to Exeter’s Royal Albert Memorial Museum on 22 March 2017 with a recital by the former Royal Harpist to HRH Prince Charles, Catrin Finch.

Now in its fourth year, the charity concerts, in aid of the RAMM Development Trust, offer music lovers the chance to enjoy first-class musicians playing in the intimacy of the museum’s art gallery.

Award-winning musicians Emily Sun, violin, and Sam Armstrong, piano, perform on 19 April followed by the rising stars in the Alauda String Quartet on 16 May.

Investing in Exeter Cathedral’s future, brick by brick

Rathbone Investment Management have made a significant contribution to one of the city’s biggest LEGO® models as part of their sponsorship of Exeter Cathedral’s Big LEGO Build. The Build is a major fundraising project to build a scale model of the Cathedral from 300,000 LEGO bricks, using a design by certified LEGO builders Bright Bricks. Visitors to the Cathedral are being encouraged to get involved, and for every £1 donated a brick can be added to the model. Staff from the firm’s central Exeter office built a LEGO “flying buttress” earlier this year under the watchful eye of the project...

Exeter’s Royal Albert Memorial Museum Development Trust announces today that Rathbone Investment Management is sponsoring the fifth series of classical concerts at the museum in April, May and June 2016.

Following the successful concert series held over the past four years, RAMM’s Development Trust has organised another series of classical concerts to be held at RAMM.
