Roger McGough + LiTTLe MACHiNe

Event Date:
13/05/2018 - 7:30pm
Venue:
Exeter Northcott

Roger McGough’s new show with Walter, Steve and Chris of LiTTLe MACHiNe features a fine selection of vintage, classic and surprising poems set to music, as featured on the new album The Likes of Us.

Hilarious and surreal, McGough is a poet of many voices. Menace and melancholy there may be, but with plenty of McGough’s characteristic wit and wordplay too. LiTTLe MACHiNe are the must have act at Literary Festivals from York to Dubai, setting classic poems to music and performing them with energy, passion and humour. It’s poetry but not like you’ve heard or seen it before.
