Prosperity for Exeter

In growing their national network, Prosperity Financial Advisors & Stockbrokers have chosen Exeter as their Business Centre for the South West.

“Our research told us that Exeter is up there in the UK  top ten of places to do business, “ said Prosperity’s Hampshire-based  Managing Director, Mark Newman.

Mark was in Exeter to open the Company’s new office at the Matford Business Centre in Marsh Barton.  “It’s an attractive town that combines a business buzz with a friendly feel where people know each other. To us, that’s very important, as our whole business philosophy is based on personal relationships and providing services to the community.”

Jasper de Zoeten, Prosperity’s Scotland-based Commercial Director adds that the City’s connections are also a tremendous plus. “I know I can get here from Edinburgh in an hour-and-a-half. That’s great for me.”

Prosperity’s Exeter office will be run by Cullompton-born  John Webber, who recently returned to Exeter from a career running large pension funds in the South East. “I grew up in Exeter where I went to Exeter School, “John explained. “So opening Prosperity’s office here is a real home coming, in more than one sense. Coming from a farming family, I love being near the Livestock Centre and am looking forward to connecting with the farming community. “

The Prosperity team are also delighted to announce that Exeter based IFA Steven Taylor is joining the Exeter team from June 2016.  Steve brings a wealth of experience and expertise and helps to ensure that the Prosperity presence in the South West is firmly established.
