Wear it Loud Day on 10 May
As part of Deaf Awareness Week (6 - 10 May) the Exeter Academy for Deaf Education is delighted to be launching its first 'Wear It Loud' Day on Friday 10 May.
Academy staff and students will be taking part and several local companies are already signed up to the challenge of 'wearing the brightest clothes you dare!'
Anyone is welcome to take part, so why not join in the fun? The suggested donation is £2 per person and the Academy is encouraging people to run their own fundraising activities, such as holding a brightly decorated cake sale or challenging family and friends and colleagues to learn how to fingerspell.
