Brain cake

"Brainfood" to boost funds for brain injury charity

*Warning: Graphic image* Only joking! Despite its gory appearance, this “brain” is actually a scrumptious Victoria sponge.

Made and donated by the kind, and incredibly talented, folks at Ullacombe Farm Shop and Café near Bovey Tracey, this deliciously devilish brain cake is going to be auctioned off to raise money for local people with brain injuries.

The auction will take place on Headway Devon’s Facebook page on Wednesday 30th October, so that the lucky winner will have their terrifying treat in time for Halloween. Bidding will open at 10am and close at 3pm.

Flatbed trailers are used for many diverse purposes. This style of commercial vehicle, since it is not enclosed, does lend itself well to less size-specific hauls or loads. This includes but is not limited to over size loads (housing and cars), equipment loads, and for many companies, waste removal and garbage loads. Since many companies are restricted in the dumping of waste materials to certain landfills, any type of waste or garbage, if there is a goodly amount, must be trucked to another area and dumped according to regulations. If a company does not do this on a regular basis, owning...

However just as important is for the general public to know what their rights are and have at least a basic understanding of the justice system.

In an effort to learn more about perceptions and knowledge of Canadians, the Department of Justice conducts a survey every year. The most recent findings...
