Exeter Liberal Democrats have announced their candidate for the forthcoming City Council by-election in Newtown & St Leonards ward.

Vanessa Newcombe, a prominent local campaigner has been chosen to fight the seat. Vanessa has 7 years experience on both Exeter City Council and Devon County Council, with a strong reputation for championing young people and working on health and adult services.
