Harry Batten, 13, from Exeter recently took part in an inspirational sailing trip with the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust, along with 28 other young people in recovery from cancer. Harry joined the crew of one of six yachts, to sail around the Solent on the south coast from the 1st of August, on a four-day yachting adventure.

Otter Nurseries recently stepped in to help a village fete with a donation of flowers to give a much needed boost to the annual plant stall.
The stall at the Buckerell fete is always a popular attraction for locals, but this year due to ill-health and less than favourable weather conditions for growing, it was in danger of being understocked.
