Exeter Cathedral will be hiding Easter egg shapes throughout the Cathedral during the Easter holdiays.
You have to count as many as you can see, write your answer on the form you pick up from the entrance desk and then take your entry to the Cathedral shop to claim your prize.
Your name will be entered into the draw for the chance to win some Easter goodies.
Easter Family Activities: 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 & 12 April Come along to the Cathedral on the above dates to do some fun Easter activities.
Try dressing up as a bishop or a medieval knight/princess, make egg box birds, decorate Easter eggs, create a giant flower and have a go at brass rubbing. The activities are run by the education team and will take place from 10.30am-3.30pm in the Chapter House (entry via the Cathedral). Access to all these activities is just £1 per child. Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service is hosting a Christmas carol concert at Exeter Cathedral on Tuesday 18 December, at 7.30pm.
All members of the community are welcome to attend the free event for traditional carols accompanied by the Service’s Concert Band and Corps of Drums and the North Devon Pipes and Drums.
Chief Fire Officer Lee Howell said: “Christmas is not only a time of reflection but also one of celebration and goodwill and it is with this in mind that I would like to welcome you to our Christmas carol concert.
Taking place in aid of The Children’s Society on Sunday 23rd December at 4.30pm, this year’s combined Crib Service and Christingle at the Exeter Cathedral is a first.
The Cathedral Choristers will be singing and children are invited to dress up - angels, kings, shepherds, animals, Marys and Josephs will be very welcome!
