Bluebird Care , an Exeter and East Devon based home care provider have awarded a grant of £500 to the Exmouth & District Community Transport Group (EDCTG) to support them in providing transport to the Exmouth Dementia Carers Support Group .

Police in Exmouth are investigating a burglary that occurred in the Salterton Road area on the evening of Saturday 14 May 2016 between 10pm and 11pm.
A number of wrist watches, jewellery and cash were stolen from the property.
The watches and jewellery are distinctive and of high value. Police are asking anyone who has been offered for sale any of the items listed below, or anyone who has seen anyone with such items, to contact them.

Fire crews were called reports of alarm sounding at Glenorchy Court, Exeter Road, Exmouth earlier today (Monday 9 May).
Fire Control sent two appliances from Exmouth to the incident.
On arrival crews made a forced entry and an elderly woman was escorted from the building. She was given oxygen therapy and first aid due to smoke inhalation and an ambulance was requested.
Fire crews confirmed there was a fire in the oven, which was extinguished by 3.02pm.
