Running from Saturday 24 May through to Sunday 1 June, between 11am and 4pm, the event will give kids of all ages the chance to try their hand at skills like plate spinning, diablo and juggling. Between Monday 26 and Friday 30 May the property will also play host to circus performer, Robin Fox.

Police are appealing for information following a robbery in Tiverton yesterday (7th May). Just before 1.00pm at the entrance to People’s Park, the offender threatened an 18-year-old victim with a knife before stealing money and a mobile phone. The suspect is also believed to have approached another man in the walk way between Morrison’s supermarket and Market Carpets shortly before this incident but nothing was stolen. Police are keen to trace 5 school children who may have witnessed this incident.

A teenager from Tiverton, who overcame illness to ensure the future of her BMX team, has been named as the first-ever young winner of a new volunteering award by Prime Minister David Cameron. Sixteen-year-old Molly Pattison first got involved with Tiverton BMX Go-Ride club a couple of years ago and got stuck into racing. Sadly, at age 14, she was diagnosed with acute demyelination and was no longer able to ride her bike as her balance was affected. A private investigation has been launched into the cause of a fire Tiverton pub after an initial probe by fire investigators proved ‘inconclusive’.
Forensic investigators have been hired by owners of the Twyford Inn, Enterprise Inns, to determine the cause of the blaze which took 50 firefighters close to 10 hours to extinguish last week. The company which specialises in insurance losses including fires, explosions, accidents and engineering problems will provide teams of forensic scientists to study photographs taken before the blaze, which could help with the enquiry....

From Saturday 1 March, the public are being given the chance to see behind closed doors at Knightshayes on the outskirts of Tiverton; as previously unseen kitchen areas are being opened up for the first time in over forty years.
