Designer, Maria Smythe, has been appointed to deliver the interior design for the showhome in high quality development Spinnakers on Exmouth Quay.

Maria, who owns Parkfield Interiors, will be responsible for creating the design concept for the showhome as well as creating and sourcing all the fixtures and furnishings.

Residents of Pinhoe are being invited to have their say on the proposed Home Farm development at Pinhoe Primary School tonight. Exmouth bungalow fire being treated as suspicious

A joint police and fire service investigation has been launched following a fire at a bungalow in Exmouth which was severely damaged.

The fire broke out at the property in Kay Close, Exmouth at around 8pm on Wednesday 7 August 2013.

No-one was in the property at the time.

The fire, which is being treated as suspicious, spread to other properties causing smoke damage.

Three residents from neighbouring properties were evacuated but no-one was injured.
